Delivery
- Where do you deliver?
- Anywhere in Pakistan. Everything is dispatched from our shop on Montgomery Road, Lahore.
- What does delivery cost?
- It depends on your city and the size of the item — a key cover and a roof rack do not cost the same to send. Message us on WhatsApp with your city and we confirm the exact charge before you pay anything.
- How long does it take?
- We confirm the timeline with the charge, before the order is placed. Lahore is usually same or next day; other cities depend on the courier.
- Can I collect it myself?
- Yes. Come to the shop on Montgomery Road, Lahore — we are open 24 hours.
02 / Fitting
Fitting
- Do you fit what you sell?
- Yes, at our own bay on Montgomery Road. Visors, mats, horns, key covers and roof racks are all fitted here — most while you wait.
- Is fitting included in the price?
- The price on the page is for the item. Labour is quoted per job, because a horn and a roof rack are not the same work. Ask on WhatsApp and we will tell you before you come.
- Will it fit my car?
- Pick your car in the filter and the site only shows what is listed for it. If your model year is not listed, send us the car and year on WhatsApp — we check before you pay, not after.

Returns and problems
- Something does not fit. Now what?
- Message us on WhatsApp first, with a photo. Unfitted items in their original packaging are the easiest to take back or exchange.
- What about electrical items?
- Horns and anything electrical are inspected first — we check the item before an exchange, so please do not cut or modify the wiring.
- What if the item is faulty?
- Tell us what happened on WhatsApp. We look at it ourselves at the bay and sort it out — that is the advantage of buying from a shop with an address.

- How do I order?
- Add what you want to the cart and send the list to us on WhatsApp, or message us directly. We reply with the total, the delivery charge and the fitment check.
- Is the price on the page final?
- Yes — the price you see is the price we quote. Delivery is separate and confirmed before you pay.
- Can I ask before buying?
- That is what the WhatsApp number is for, 24 hours. Send your car, year and a photo if you have one.
